I've really struggled with this, especially after becoming an entrepreneur. After the news came out about Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain's suicides, I was in complete shock. The news really hit me hard in an unexpected way.Mental health is something I care deeply about and I think should be spoken about more openly. Hence why I'm sharing my own experiences, thoughts, and advice on this mini-sode on how to take care of yourself.This is something that I'm constantly balancing, so I'm no expert but if I can help one person out there I'll consider this a job well done.
